With over 20 years of experience in P&L and people leadership, strategy, operations, customer experience, and financial services and known for 

her strategic vision, operational excellence, and inclusive leadership, Dena is responsible for the overall leadership and operations. As the Executive Manager, she provides strategic planning, customer experience enhancement, and the development of the-organization's short- and long-term goals and strategies, ensuring SLV Enterprises, LLC has a track record of driving substantial revenue growth business processes and operational efficiencies and controls support.

Continuous career focal points have been creating and leading real estate transactions, securing meaningful community relationships, IT projects, social service program innovation, developing and impacting public policy, fostering civic engagement, asset management, government affairs, sustainability, and human capital.

Her extensive background has equipped her with precision attention to detail, process optimization expertise, and sophisticated stakeholder management skills, excelling at venue sourcing, vendor negotiations, budgeting, production timelines, and on-site coordination for both intimate stakeholder meetings and large-scale virtual events.
